It is mandatory at the time of Check In:

1. As per the Government directives it is mandatory for all the guest (Foreign Nationals, NRI's and Indian Nationals) to show their Photo ID proof at the time of check-In which can be in form of for Foreign Nationals 'Passport with valid Visa, Indian and NRI's Passport, Driving License, Voter ID Card.\

2. Each individual guest that checks in must carry their Valid Id Proof. E.g. Room sharer/ Multiple rooms booked in same guest name.

3. Cash payment of 25 thousand and above must be supported with a pan card copy.

4. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. PAN Cards will NOT be accepted as a valid ID card. The Primary guest must be at least 21 years old to be able to check into this hotel.

Overall good experience, if we had play zone in working codition it would have been great for kids.

Excellent sceneic views, exclusive boat rides separately with own family. breakfast was good, enough variety, cart service to cottages.

We had to request for a separate bed for kids though it was already included with supreme cottages. The sofa cum bed was not available, we had to wait for couple of hours till mdnight to fetch one from the house keeping. Namak restaurants was closed so left with less options. Kids play zone which has dashing cars, bowling etc. was closed due to maintenance during the entire stay. foutain light show were off during the rainy seasons. Wish swimming pools were available separately for each types of cottages.

Very average and over priced for the quality delivered

Has the potential to become a world class property if company takes ample effort to maintain, it looks very run down

Poorly maintained, not all food mentioned on menu was available, constant reminders to house keeping for basic requirements in room, many building around the property look totally unkempt which leads to poor impression

Good stay in Aamby Valley resort with friends

Location is amazing. Aussie chalet were nice.

Room service was very time consuming, some times more than a hour or two and they were not writing order well hence made lots of mistakes.

An avoidable adventure!

The house keeping staff Mr Bacchan was always available for help and the food and service at the "Tapri" was simply awesome with Jalebi, kanda-bhaji, vada-pav not to be missed by anyone if you are going there. The horse ridding folks a very good and supportive.

The property is complete run down. The reception is very unwelcoming due to staff attitudes. The restaurant Woodpecker has good staff but food quality to improve much and at the "lagoon" restaurant - best is not to go there since staff only knows to respond in "NO" and the food, drinks, hygiene all is poor.

Room was good. Service was good. The property is good and vast- greenery etc is nice to experience especially to drive around in the rains.

Room decor is old fashioned. Common facilities are extremely run down- No water in the toilet near the reception. The breakfast buffet was average at best- taste wise ( South Indian breakfast was poor) though the spread was good. Very different from what I experienced in my previous visits.

Location. The rooms are of good size. The staff is friendly and prompt.

The facilities are very poorly maintained. The breakfast was exactly the same for the two days that we stayed. No variations even on the weekend. No seats near the pool area for family to chill. Some of the restaurants were very short of staff and we pretty much had to have our own food prepared.

Not at all value for money. Avoid.

The room size is decent. The location is very quiet. Thus, it is good location if you want to just unwind without engaging in too many activities. The rooms are also generally clean and some of the food items in the breakfast are excellent.

The service is very poor across the spectrum. Be it front desk, housekeeping or F&B. If you place a request, e.g. replacing the card key or ordering something from live station in the restaurant or asking for missing cutlery at your table, you never know if the staff will act on it or you have to keep reminding them every 5 minutes for next 30 minutes. Facilities are minimal. There is a swimming pool within walking distance of the rooms but they run out of towels and are least bothered to ensure that those are restocked. No other recreational 'facilities' are within walking distance. They offer transport to the building hosing indoor games but it is on chargable basis. Most of the games are chargable too. So if your kid want to just go on his/her own and spend time in the game room, he/she simply can't. You have to drive him/her there and also play, because it is too far from the room and then once you pay for pool table / badminton / carrom board, you have no way of sharing it with other kids. The so called Gaming arcade is even sadder. Most of the games are not functional. One restaurant is also close to rooms but it only serve buffets. Thus, if you want to eat a la carte, you must drive your car to go there. The restaurants have rates of typical 5-star hotels in Mumbai, which is fine only if the quality and presentation matches with that. Sadly, that is not the case. They have got basics of business wrong. When you are in the middle of nowhere and want to make your place more popular, you should be focussed on showcasing your facilities at as low cost as possible. Why would guests pay 600 Rs. pp for a hop-on-hop-off bus ride within the campus when there is not much to see? Or why would guests pay for 250 Rs. pp for a musical fountain show, when one can see similar fountains for free in Mumbai?
