It is mandatory at the time of Check In:

1. As per the Government directives it is mandatory for all the guest (Foreign Nationals, NRI's and Indian Nationals) to show their Photo ID proof at the time of check-In which can be in form of for Foreign Nationals 'Passport with valid Visa, Indian and NRI's Passport, Driving License, Voter ID Card.\

2. Each individual guest that checks in must carry their Valid Id Proof. E.g. Room sharer/ Multiple rooms booked in same guest name.

3. Cash payment of 25 thousand and above must be supported with a pan card copy.

4. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. PAN Cards will NOT be accepted as a valid ID card. The Primary guest must be at least 21 years old to be able to check into this hotel.

Not at all value for money. Avoid.
The room size is decent. The location is very quiet. Thus, it is good location if you want to just unwind without engaging in too many activities. The rooms are also generally clean and some of the food items in the breakfast are excellent.
The service is very poor across the spectrum. Be it front desk, housekeeping or F&B. If you place a request, e.g. replacing the card key or ordering something from live station in the restaurant or asking for missing cutlery at your table, you never know if the staff will act on it or you have to keep reminding them every 5 minutes for next 30 minutes. Facilities are minimal. There is a swimming pool within walking distance of the rooms but they run out of towels and are least bothered to ensure that those are restocked. No other recreational 'facilities' are within walking distance. They offer transport to the building hosing indoor games but it is on chargable basis. Most of the games are chargable too. So if your kid want to just go on his/her own and spend time in the game room, he/she simply can't. You have to drive him/her there and also play, because it is too far from the room and then once you pay for pool table / badminton / carrom board, you have no way of sharing it with other kids. The so called Gaming arcade is even sadder. Most of the games are not functional. One restaurant is also close to rooms but it only serve buffets. Thus, if you want to eat a la carte, you must drive your car to go there. The restaurants have rates of typical 5-star hotels in Mumbai, which is fine only if the quality and presentation matches with that. Sadly, that is not the case. They have got basics of business wrong. When you are in the middle of nowhere and want to make your place more popular, you should be focussed on showcasing your facilities at as low cost as possible. Why would guests pay 600 Rs. pp for a hop-on-hop-off bus ride within the campus when there is not much to see? Or why would guests pay for 250 Rs. pp for a musical fountain show, when one can see similar fountains for free in Mumbai?
